SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We ship our products from the United States to the following countries:

Americas: United States, Canada

Asia-Pacific: Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Republic of Korea, Macao, Philippines, Thailand, Viet Nam

ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATIONS

Standard Processing Time: Regular orders take 1 to 5 business days to pack and ship. Our team operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Large Bulk Orders: Orders containing more than 200 items require 5 to 10 business days to review, pack, and prepare for shipment.
Daily Cutoff Time: Orders submitted before 12:00 PM Mountain Time will be included in that same day's packing queue. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Cancellation Window: You can make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order within 1 hour from the time the order is placed. Once this 60-minute window has passed, your order is sent directly to our fulfillment center and cannot be stopped, edited, or recalled.

DELIVERY TIMES & ESTIMATES

All orders ship directly from our U.S. fulfillment facilities. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed:

USA Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. Free shipping applies automatically to all USA orders over $75.
USA Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
Canada Shipping: 3 to 5 business days via FedEx.
International Shipping (Europe & Asia-Pacific): 3 to 5 business days via FedEx.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & IMPORT FEES

All international shipments are delivered under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms.

Customer Responsibility: Local customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in your checkout total. Your country's customs office calculates these charges when the package arrives. Please be aware that there may be delays in the delivery due to customs-clearing processes.
Failed Payments: You are solely responsible for paying these fees to clear your package. If you refuse to pay these fees, the shipping carrier may return or abandon your package. Any return shipping costs we incur will be deducted from your potential refund.
Import Legality: You are fully responsible for ensuring our products can legally enter your country. We do not monitor international laws and are not responsible for packages delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs officials.

DELIVERY ISSUES & ADDRESS ACCURACY

Incorrect Addresses: We ship orders to the exact address string you type at checkout. Muscle Department LLC is not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect address details. If a package is returned to us because of an invalid address, you must pay a reshipping fee to have it sent out again.
Unforeseen Delays: Muscle Department LLC is not legally liable for shipping delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather events, or global supply chain issues beyond our direct control.

Muscle Department LLC reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
