Inventory Limits: All products are subject to stock availability. We have the right to limit the number of products any person can buy, stop selling any product at any time, or refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Price Changes: We have the right to change product descriptions and prices at any time without giving you prior notice.
Product Information: Some products are exclusive to certain countries. Please look at the Delivery tab on individual product pages to see clear shipping rules for that item. While we try to keep our website perfectly updated, we do not guarantee that all text or information on this site is completely free of errors. Your use of the information on this website is at your own risk.

ORDERS & SELLER RIGHTS

Accurate Billing Information: When you buy from us, you promise that your name, email, phone number, payment details, and shipping address are 100% correct and up to date. You confirm that you are fully authorized to use the credit card or payment account you submit.
Order Cancellations: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. This includes orders that look like credit card fraud, unauthorized business transactions, or bulk reseller activity. If we change or cancel your order, we will try to inform you by contacting the email address or phone number you gave us during checkout.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY, & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

All orders are packaged and shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment facilities.

Processing Timelines: Standard orders take 1 to 5 business days to pack and ship. Large bulk orders containing more than 200 items take 5 to 10 business days to prepare. Our team ships products Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Fulfillment Cutoff: Orders placed before 12:00 PM Mountain Time enter our daily packing line. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Modification Rule: You can make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order within 1 hour from the time the order is placed. Once this 60-minute window closes, your order is locked into our system and cannot be edited, stopped, or canceled.
Delivery Tiers: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Standard USA shipping takes 3 to 5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage, and express shipping takes 1 to 2 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Free shipping applies to all USA orders over $75. Canada shipping takes 3 to 5 business days via FedEx, and international shipments to our approved countries in Europe and Asia take 3 to 5 business days via FedEx. All shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International Import Rules: All international shipments are delivered under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means local customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in your checkout total. Your local customs office sets these fees, and you are fully responsible for paying them upon delivery. Delivery delays can happen due to customs clearing checks.
Customs Seizures: You are fully responsible for making sure our products are legal to import into your country. Muscle Department LLC does not verify local laws and is not responsible for items delayed, rejected, seized, or destroyed by foreign customs officials. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items taken or ruined by customs.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, & RESPONSIBILITY LIMITS

Final Sale Policy: All sales on muscledepartment.com are final. We only offer refunds or replacements if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a warehouse mistake on our part. You must submit your claim to our support email within 10 days of delivery. If a package is completely lost by the carrier, you must submit your claim within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.
Refund Exclusions: We do not offer refunds, store credits, or replacements for buyer's remorse, incorrect addresses typed by the customer, unclaimed shipments, or packages abandoned or left uncollected at FedEx locations. Orders that are already packed or prepared for fulfillment cannot be canceled or refunded after the 1 hour modification/cancellation timeframe.
European Union Cooling-Off Period: Customers in the European Union who want to use their legal 14-day right of withdrawal must accept physical delivery of the package first. Refusing to accept the delivery or leaving the package unclaimed does not count as a valid cancellation and will void your refund eligibility.
Limitation of Liability: Muscle Department LLC is not responsible for any indirect or accidental damages that happen from using our website or purchasing our products. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather, carrier delivery errors, customs inspections, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. You agree to use our website and products at your own risk.

OWNERSHIP & LEGAL STRENGTH

Intellectual Property: All text, graphics, logos, images, and product names on muscledepartment.com belong exclusively to Muscle Department LLC. You may not copy, share, or use any of our content without our written permission.
Indemnification: You agree to protect, defend, and hold harmless Muscle Department LLC from any financial claims, legal demands, or law fees that arise because you broke these Terms of Service or violated any laws.
Account Termination: We have the right to block or suspend your access to our website immediately and without prior notice if you violate any part of these terms.
Governing Language and Law: These Terms of Service are written, interpreted, and governed strictly in the English language, even if this page is translated into another language. Any legal disputes or claims will be handled in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Muscle Department LLC operates its business.
