When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in the USA with both locally and globally sourced ingredients.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, and other options available at checkout.

Do you offer local pickup?

We do not offer local pickup at the moment.

Can I manage my subscription?

Customers can edit, cancel, update and manage their subscriptions at any time via the customer portal. For order cancellation and returns, customers must contact us via email. Returns are subject to our return/refund policy.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. We only offer refunds or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 10 days of delivery with photo proof.

We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or customs issues.

Do you offer sales discounts and promotions?

Customers can enjoy up to 25% off on bundles and subscription offers, with discounts automatically applied in the cart and at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally using FedEx, with delivery typically taking 1–5 business days depending on the destination. Shipping rates are calculated based on the package weight and destination.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all local USA orders over $100. We do not offer free international shipping at the moment.
