Shipping Locations

Muscle Department LLC ships from the United States to:

USA, Canada, Australia, Denmark, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Indonesia, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Republic of Korea, Luxembourg, Monaco, Macao, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Sweden, Thailand, Viet Nam, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Some products are exclusive to certain countries, check each product page for delivery information.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel shipments to certain locations at our discretion.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (Mon-Fri)
Orders containing more than 200 items may require 5–10 business days to process
Orders are processed Monday - Friday Pacific Time (PT), excluding holidays
Processing times are separate from shipping transit times
Order Cutoff Time: 5PM Pacific Time (PT)

Once an order is Accepted, it is sent to our fulfillment team and cannot be modified or canceled.

All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment centers.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We use USPS for domestic shipments.

Free shipping on all USA orders over $100.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

International Shipping

We use FedEx for international deliveries.

Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days, depending on destination
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on shipment weight and destination zone

International shipping costs vary significantly by country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

All international orders are shipped under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your order total
These charges are assessed by your local customs authority
Customers are solely responsible for paying all applicable customs fees upon delivery
Muscle Department LLC does not collect, control, or estimate customs charges

Failure to pay customs fees may result in delivery delays, order refusal, or shipment return. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.

Delivery Delays & Carrier Issues

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Muscle Department LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs inspections or clearance procedures
Carrier service disruptions
Weather events
Government actions or regulatory delays
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Product Restrictions & Import Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products ordered are legal and permitted for import into their destination country.

Muscle Department LLC does not verify product legality or import restrictions
Orders refused, seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs due to local regulations are not eligible for refunds
Muscle Department LLC is not liable for any loss resulting from denied or confiscated shipments

We strongly recommend researching local supplement import laws before placing an order.

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Muscle Department LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Changes & Cancellations

Shipping address changes or order cancellations must be requested before the order is marked as Accepted.

Once accepted:

Orders cannot be edited or canceled
Address changes are not possible

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muscle Department LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, customs actions, carrier issues, or international import regulations.
