All international orders are shipped under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. Customers are solely responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Muscle Department LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, customs actions, carrier issues, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

International Orders & Customs Responsibility

Customers ordering internationally acknowledge that:

Orders refused or rejected by customs are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Returns & Refunds
