Refund policy

Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from www.muscledepartment.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must submit a claim within 10 days of receiving your order.

To submit a claim:

  • Contact our customer support team via email at support@muscledepartment.com

  • Provide a clear photograph of the issue

  • Include a brief explanation of the problem

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will notify you if your claim is approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Replacements will be shipped within 5 business days, or

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your request and eligibility

Claims determined to be the result of an error on our part will be covered at our expense.


Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Replacement & Refund Exemptions

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits in the following situations:

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If the address provided is incorrect or deemed insufficient by the carrier:

  • The shipment may be returned to our facility

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed

  • No refund will be issued


Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that are unclaimed and returned to our facility are not eligible for a refund. Reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer, if applicable.


Buyer’s Remorse

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse.

  • All sales are final unless the product is damaged or defective due to an error on our part

  • You must contact us before attempting to return any product

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted


Customs Rejections

If an order is returned or rejected by customs:

  • No refund or replacement will be issued

  • Customers are responsible for researching local import regulations before ordering

  • Customers are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and import fees


Orders Prepared but Not Shipped

If an order is marked Accepted and has already been prepared by our fulfillment team, it cannot be canceled or refunded, even if it has not yet shipped.

Uncollected or Failed FedEx Deliveries

If an order shipped via FedEx cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Missing or incorrect phone number

  • Refusal or failure to pay customs duties or taxes

  • Any reason attributable to the recipient

The shipment may be abandoned or destroyed by the carrier. In such cases:

  • No refund, replacement, or reshipment will be issued


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notice

To exercise your right of cancellation under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, you must accept delivery of the goods.

Failure to accept delivery does not constitute a valid cancellation and may result in loss of refund eligibility.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your return or refund request has been approved but you have not received your refund:

  • Check your account profile, as refunds may be issued as store credit

  • If you requested a cash refund, contact your credit card provider or bank

  • Processing times vary and may take several business days depending on the financial institution

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muscle Department LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from lost shipments, customs actions, carrier errors, or customer-provided information.


Governing Language

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.


Policy Updates

Muscle Department LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
