Certain product sets on our storefront are available via an automated delivery plan. This structural framework outlines how you can modify, adjust, or cancel your recurring orders at any time.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

By establishing a delivery plan, you will receive recurring shipments according to your chosen frequency. Your payment details are processed through our secure, fully encrypted network and billed automatically at each shipping interval. 

All delivery plans renew automatically by default. If you wish to stop an upcoming delivery or permanently cancel your subscription, you can do so instantly without penalty. Every order confirmation email contains a direct, secure link to access your dashboard profile. Alternatively, you can manage your schedule directly by logging into your store profile.

PRICE AND SHIPPING ADJUSTMENTS

Your subscription discount will carry over to all subsequent shipments to reward you for keeping your automated delivery plan active. However, please note that Muscle Department reserves the right to adjust base product pricing and carrier shipping rates over time to reflect changing operational costs. Any upcoming renewals will automatically bill at the established store catalog prices and current courier shipping fees active at the time your order processes.
